We are based in Singapore.

For international orders, we have partnered with our shipping provider, JustShip. They provide either tracked standard or expidited shipping for your choosing.

For local orders, we primarily use Singpost's Smartpac.

** Please contact us as soon as possible with your correct shipping address. If your order has not yet been packed or dispatched, we'll do our best to update it.

Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes to the shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If the parcel is returned to us, we can arrange for it to be resent, but additional shipping charges will apply.

As we are a made to order business, we require a processing period of up to 4-6 weeks.

For local orders, shipping via Smartpac will take 2-3 days.
For international buyers, shipping via JustShip will take an estimated 8-24 days depending on the shipping method chosen.

While we strive to meet all estimated timelines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Currently, we are not open for custom orders.
