Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your purchase. As each garment is thoughtfully handmade, we kindly ask that you read this policy before placing an order.

Eligibility

Returns or refunds must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be:

♡ Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
♡ Free from stains, perfumes, makeup, deodorant marks, or any signs of wear.
♡ Returned with all original tags and packaging (if applicable).

We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet these conditions.

About: Returns

♡ Customers are responsible for ALL the return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for parcels lost or damaged during return transit.

Store Credit Returns

If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference, your return will be approved as STORE CREDITS ONLY once the returned item has been inspected and meets our eligibility requirements.

About: Refunds

Refunds to your original payment method are only available if:

♡ You received an incorrect item.
♡ Your item arrived damaged or defective.
♡ Your order cannot be fulfilled by us.

Once approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Preventing Fraudulent Returns

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, customers agree to contact us first to allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter.

Submitting a chargeback for a legitimately fulfilled order may be considered fraudulent.

In the event of a payment dispute, we may provide supporting evidence to the payment processor, including but not limited to:

♡ Shipping documentation
♡ Tracking information
♡ Delivery confirmation
♡ Communications with the customer
♡ Photographs of packaged orders
♡ Production records where applicable

Accounts found abusing the chargeback process may have future orders refused.

Fraudulent Purchases Notice

If you are making a purchase with the intention of filing an unjustified chargeback, disputing a legitimate transaction, using unauthorized payment methods, or engaging in any form of fraudulent activity, do not proceed with your purchase.

We actively investigate suspected fraud and reserve the right to cancel orders, refuse future service, retain evidence, and cooperate with payment processors, financial institutions, and law enforcement where appropriate. Handmade Products

Every piece is handmade or produced in limited quantities. As a result:

Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.
